Save Space while increasing the number of wire connections in your box!
How? Glad you asked, first by removing the Din rail from your solution, while you're at it ditch those bulky and expensive terminals that go on the Din Rail. Now don't you feel relieved? You have eliminated all that stress of finding a Din rail and sorting through stacks of catalogs or scavenging sites for the perfect terminal. Now envision a box that is with a terminal block integrated into the enclosure, simple right.
We know you have better things to do than design a box, like finishing your product, machine, installation or project. That is why at Lite Cycle we have a range of Terminal Enclosures to choose from starting at just 2.0-inch cube box with 4 position terminal block to a moderately sized box measuring 5.0 inches by 7.5 inches loaded with a 30 position terminal block. Wow is right our boxes average 1 terminal per square inch of space consumed, moreover our enclosures have a lower profile because we don't require din rail or modular terminals.
So what is a Terminal Enclosure? Simply put it is a Junction Box with built in Terminal Block. Each of our enclosures is rated based on the UL508A standard to 120 Volts at 15 Amps. We have a large Variety of options including ABS or Cast Aluminum. Additionally, we offer ABS in Ivory or Grey with an opaque cover or Grey with a Clear Polycarbonate cover. Environmentally these enclosures are built to last with the ABS Enclosures rated for IP65 and the Aluminum Rated for IP67.
So If you are as excited about simplifying your project as we are then start shopping online now by selecting Terminal Enclosures from above.
